Cleancart A contain 13 grams of anhydrous sodium carbonate powder. It is used in combination with the heat disinfection program to clean the dialysis machine fluid path. The sodium carbonate solution removes organic deposits, fats, proteins while circulated in the fluid path.
Cleancart C contain 32 grams of citric acid anhydrate powder. It is used in combination with the heat disinfection program to both decalcity and disinfect the dialysis machine fluid path simultaneously. The citric acid solution obtained removes precipitated salts of calcium and magnesium while circulated throughout the fluid path.
