Disinfection & decalcification
The Cleaning Cart C cartridge contains 32 grams of citric acid 
anhydrate powder.The Cleaning Cart C cartridge is used in combination with the heat 
disinfection program to both decalcify and disinfect the 
dialysis machine fluid path simultaneously. When circulated 
throughout the fluid path, the citric acid solution removes 
precipitated salts of calcium and magnesium
